TRAVALET is a concierge, full-service travel management company. Our objective is to provide concierge-grade service to international business and first class travelers globally. Our clients include individuals, small and large corporations, celebrities, non-profit organizations, and travel agencies. We strive to develop long-term professional relationships with each our clients and provide them with maximum savings.

What personal information must I provide?
Initially, you will need to submit a form with the legal names of those traveling, the flight dates, origin and destination, preferred class of travel and your contact information. After researching all possible resources to meet your specific needs, a travel consultant will reach out to you with a full itinerary and price and help you through the rest of the process.
How is TRAVALET able to consistently offer the lowest on airfare?
We are able to offer the lowest rates in the industry because we have pieced together a large network of brokers, consolidators and licensed travel agents and made their expertise accessible to you. We do all the work so you, our clients, can reap all the savings without having to shop around.
What is the TRAVALET concierge program?
We extend our concierge services to all of our clients—that’s the personal valet in TRAVALET. Each aspect of your trip is our priority, from flights, hotels and car upgrades to opera or theater tickets. Not only will you arrive at your destination but you will travel in style. What is your Lowest Fare Guarantee?
We are confident that we will provide you with the lowest fares! Should you locate a lower fare for an identical itinerary, we will match that price and offer you a $100 voucher for your next business or first class booking with us.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Sunday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST for all calls. On Weekends, National Holidays, and after hours our agents are available by email at: email@example.com.
Can I make changes or cancel my ticket?
We do our best to accommodate our clients. Date and time changes may be made but are subject to airline availability, rules, and additional fees. Changes in passenger names cannot be made.
What if I miss my flight?
TRAVALET cannot bear responsibility for missed flights and we are unable to reinstate the ticket after it has been suspended.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Paypal and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
